The studio provides professional voice-over, audiobook narration, documentary voice, multilingual voice adaptation, audio production, AI voice services and communication support. This Privacy Policy explains how the personal information you share through VoiceWrapStudio.com is handled, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information visitors voluntarily provide

VoiceWrap Studio collects only the information you choose to share. This typically includes your name, email address, country, company or organisation, and any project details you provide when making an enquiry or requesting a quote. No account is required to use the contact form, and you are free to share only what you are comfortable providing.

Why information is processed

VoiceWrap Studio processes personal information only where there is a legitimate business reason to do so, including responding to project enquiries and quotation requests; delivering agreed voice-over, narration, audiobook and audio production services; managing client relationships and project communications; maintaining business, accounting and tax records; meeting legal and regulatory obligations; and protecting the security and operation of the website and studio systems. Personal information is not sold, rented or shared with advertising networks.

Email enquiries submitted through the contact page

When you complete the project enquiry form, your details are composed into a pre-addressed email that opens in your own mail application. That email is sent directly from your email account to nigel@voicewrapstudio.com. VoiceWrap Studio does not transmit your enquiry through any third-party form processor; the information travels only between your email provider and the studio inbox.

Project information shared by clients

Once a project is agreed, you may share scripts, briefs, reference material, scheduling details and other project information. This material is treated as confidential client information and is used only to deliver and support the agreed work.

Client communications

VoiceWrap Studio may communicate with existing clients regarding active projects, completed projects, service updates, technical improvements, new capabilities or other information directly relevant to the services provided. Clients may request that such communications cease at any time, except where contact is required for contractual, legal or accounting purposes. VoiceWrap Studio does not send mass marketing emails, advertising campaigns or third-party promotional material without appropriate consent.

Audio files provided during production

Scripts, audio recordings, scratch tracks and project files shared during a commission are treated as confidential client material. They are stored only for the duration required to deliver and support the agreed work, and are removed on request or once the retention period agreed in the project brief has elapsed.

How information is stored

Personal information and project material are stored on first-party infrastructure hosted by VoiceWrap Studio’s hosting provider, together with the studio’s professional email account and local working storage. Information is not shared with advertising networks, marketing platforms or behavioural profiling services. Limited technical data such as browser type may be recorded in standard server logs for security and site operation only.

How information is protected

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure, including access controls on the studio inbox and working storage. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Cookies and tracking

VoiceWrapStudio.com does not use advertising cookies, marketing trackers, analytics trackers or behavioural profiling. Third-party services

Some services referenced on this Site — including the ElevenLabs voice model platform, audio streaming hosts and email delivery providers — process data under their own privacy policies. VoiceWrap Studio is not responsible for the data practices of those third parties and encourages you to review their policies directly. Outbound links to third-party sites are functional references, not data-sharing relationships.

Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information VoiceWrap Studio holds about you. You may also request restriction of, or object to, certain processing, and you have the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact the studio using the email address below. Future payment readiness

VoiceWrap Studio does not currently offer payment processing, merchandise sales or affiliate recommendations through this Site. If VoiceWrap Studio later introduces Revolut Business payments, Stripe payments, PayPal payments, merchandise sales, or affiliate recommendations related to voice-over, audio production or studio equipment, this Privacy Policy will be updated if those features are introduced to explain how any related information is handled. No payment data is currently collected or stored by the studio through this Site.
